Playing fair
Codeface operates within an ethical context - and always has.
We work hard to maximise the benefit and minimise the harm that our activities have on ourselves, our partners, society as a whole, and on the world environment.
This means
- we pro-actively seek out opportunities to work with organisations and projects which we believe will benefit society and the world at large. (See our clients page for some great examples!)
- we will not work on projects which we believe are harmful to society, or harmful to the environment (this includes for example the arms trade, and factory farming)
- we hold ourselves to exceptional standards of honesty, integrity, friendliness and fair-play in all of our business relationships (this includes for example our dealings with employees and contractors, and our dealings with clients)
Case studies
We've had an ethical policy in place since our first day of business way back in October 1999.
This is reflected in the list of successful websites we have developed over the last ten years, for example...
The London Drug and Alcohol Network (1999 - present)
St Martin-in-the-Fields (2001 - present)
London Libraries (2003 - present)
Outside Story (2008 - present)
